For this tasting we have our young and fresh white wine Torrontés from our Cafayate vineyards.

For the red ones, you can enjoy the Malbec Gran Reserve from the 2012 harvest (Cafayate) and Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2010 harvest (Mendoza).

Our Grand Reserve wines present an interesting complexity and structure; nice volume in the mouth and intense aromas. Both, the aromas coming from the grape itself combined with the aging process of the wine, display a bouquet that delight the most demanding palates.

The” Quebrada de Cafayate” is known for its red stone figures carved by water and wind. These geological
formations are illuminated by the setting sun starting at 7pm. We invite you to enjoy this evening on our terrace or fire pit overlooking the vineyards and sunset background image. For this program we offer a cheese and cold cuts dish, with nuts and homemade bread. Wine is at your choice and is not included. You can purchase it at the restaurant. A different way to know our estate and vineyards is through a horseback ride. A tour guide will take you to “El Chasqui” estate, with almost 100ha. There, you can learn about the all process of the grape growing, how to take care of them to have every year their best production in order to elaborate our wines. Also you can appreciate the local flora so between cactus and vineyards you can learn more about the history of Cafayate Valley. After the ride you will have the opportunity to visit the winery and to taste our wines. A bottle of water is included. The activity is subject to horse’s availability. 72 hours previous reservation is required.

Premium Tasting AR$75 (US$8)
We present a young, fresh, aromatic, floral and juicy range of wines to enjoy in different
occasions. We taste 4 different wine varieties (Torrontes, Malbec, Malbec-Tannat and Cabernet
Sauvignon) from the Premium Reserve range. Includes bilingual guided tour through the winery.

Grand Reserve Tasting AR$150 (US$16)
For this tasting we have our young and fresh white wine Torrontés from our Cafayate vineyards.

For the red ones, you can enjoy the Malbec Gran Reserve from the 2012 harvest (Cafayate) and Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2010 harvest (Mendoza).

Our Grand Reserve wines present an interesting complexity and structure; nice volume in the mouth and intense aromas. Both, the aromas coming from the grape itself combined with the aging process of the wine, display a bouquet that delight the most demanding palates.

Red Sunset AR$200 (US$24)
The” Quebrada de Cafayate” is known for its red stone figures carved by water and wind. These geological
formations are illuminated by the setting sun starting at 7pm. We invite you to enjoy this evening on our terrace or fire pit overlooking the vineyards and sunset background image. For this program we offer a cheese and cold cuts dish, with nuts and homemade bread. Wine is at your choice and is not included. You can purchase it at the restaurant. Includes guided tour and tasting.

Picnic AR$200 (US$24)
We offer a different way to enjoy the landscape, our cuisine & wines in a more casual and relaxed
environment. This includes sandwiches, cheese plates and dried fruits, soft drinks (1 bottle of water or 1 soda
Coke line). Wine is not included; you can select and purchase it at the restaurant. Also includes the tour through the winery with the wine tasting of the Premium Reserve range of wines.

Wine & Cheese Tasting AR$200 (US$24)
Special Wine tasting with a regional variety of cheeses. You can taste 4 different wines with 8 to 10 different
cheeses and you will have some information about how to pear cheeses with wine. Includes winery guided
tour and tasting.

Horseback Vineyard Tour AR$300 (US$36)
A different way to know our estate and vineyards is through a horseback ride. A tour guide will take you to “El Chasqui” estate, with almost 100ha. There, you can learn about the all process of the grape growing, how to take care of them to have every year their best production in order to elaborate our wines. Also you can appreciate the local flora so between cactus and vineyards you can learn more about the history of Cafayate Valley. After the ride you will have the opportunity to visit the winery and to taste our wines. A bottle of water is included. The activity is subject to horse’s availability. 72 hours previous reservation is required.

Guided Bike Tour AR$300 (US$36)
Also our vineyards may be discovered by bike. This activity consists in a guided tour through the vineyards.
You will see all the different varieties of grapes we have planted as well as the local flora learning more about
Cafayate soils, weather and geography of the region. Afterwards, you will be guided into a tour through the
winery ending with tasting of our wines. A bottle of water is included.

Cooking Classes AR$350 (US$41)
We offer the possibility to enjoy a completely different gastronomic experience in a different and exclusive environment. You will discover the secret of “empanadas from Salta” and the history of this dish in the north of Argentina. After the class you could enjoy the food you produced. No beverages included.
