Our Piattini provides a taste of Signorello from cellar to kitchen. Your Estate Ambassador will lead your tasting of five Signorello wines, including our highly acclaimed Padrone Cabernet Sauvignon. Each will be perfectly paired with small food plates (“piattini” in Italian!) prepared daily by our Estate Chef, featuring Snake River Farms* American Kobe Wagyu beef and other culinary delights.
Signorello Estate makes limited quantities of premium varietals that blend classic French winemaking characteristics with California fruit. Our style of winemaking is directly tied to our vineyards.
We strive for lush, concentrated fruit flavors, and good acid balance in all our wines. The goal is to have wines with early accessibility, as well as potential to develop additional complexity as they mature.
