Our tasting fee of EUR 8,00 / person includes:
- visit of the winery
- tasting of bottled wines
- buffet with “farinata” (typical Piedmonts paste made from gram flour), “formaggetta” (typical cheese from our region made of 50% goat milk and 50% cow milk), salami, amaretti (almond macaroons) and other appetizers.
Cantina Maranzana was founded in the late 1950s by a group of vine growers. Today it has grown into a concern that every year presses 4,000 tonnes of grapes, all exclusively from the 450 hectares of vineyard farmed by the company’s member growers.The quality of the wines produced is guaranteed by the hillside location of the vineyards, the comprehensive technical consultancy provided for the growers, and state-of-the-art cellar equipment.
